Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note on Special Items: Due to their custom nature, counter height sets and kitchen & dining room sets that have been specially ordered or assembled cannot be returned unless defective. Please inspect these items carefully upon delivery.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid shipping label (for defective items)
- Instructions for repackaging
- Return address for your region
Step 3: Ship Your Return
For non-defective returns:
- Standard Returns: Ship using the carrier of your choice to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable service.
- Large Items: (Bar tables, dining sets) – Contact us for special shipping arrangements.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
Prefer a different style of bar stool or dining chair? We’re happy to facilitate exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label for defective exchange items
