    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Customers: We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International orders may be subject to customs fees and import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

While we’re confident you’ll love your premium kitchen and dining furniture, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Our policy is designed to be straightforward while maintaining our high quality standards.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase: Required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items: Due to their custom nature, counter height sets and kitchen & dining room sets that have been specially ordered or assembled cannot be returned unless defective. Please inspect these items carefully upon delivery.
